I ordered this online and Graham from the company contacted to ask me some questions. It turned out I needed more of a custom solution because of the wall I was fitting to and I have a 3 phase system so needed stronger sides and more of a gap. Graham was absolutely fantastic. He made sure he understood my requirements and asked for pictures and dimensions to get it right. As a result the product delivered fitted where I wanted perfectly. The quality was excellent, delivery was good and comms were superb. If you need a. Cover for an EV charger to stop weather damage (mine had been damaged by UV light previously), don't look anywhere else and if you need something none standard, these guys will craft it for you.

Graham had to spend a lot of extra time on my order due to unconventional layout of conduits around the battery! He ws patient and committed to delivering a product that worked.

This item was exactly what I needed to shade my ev charger from the glaring sun. As I required the longer side panels Graham answered all my queries and explained how to order them.
Unit came with clear instructions and although a little fiddly to install this was only due to the charger being in the way !!!
Delay in review as I wanted to test out the shading first and to see if the charger was cooler even in the heatwave. - and yes !! All good.
